Find the robotic parts

Guide
The best humanized text still says the same thing, but sounds clearer, more specific and less mechanical.

Workflow
Use this whenever a draft sounds like generic AI text.
Look for vague introductions, “in today’s fast-paced world,” repeated transitions, over-explaining and words you would never use.
Mark facts, names, numbers, dates, citations, legal claims and promises that must not change.
An email needs clarity. A blog post needs rhythm. A proposal needs precision. A LinkedIn post needs a real point of view.
Give the AI writing samples, tone notes and forbidden phrases. In MultipleChat, save this as a Project.
Try the same rewrite with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. Side-by-side comparison makes the best version easier to see.
Read the result out loud, remove filler, check facts and make sure it still sounds like a real person with a real purpose.
Use cases
Remove long context unless the reader needs it. Keep the action clear.
Replace generic claims with examples, caveats, numbers or concrete use cases.
Do not use AI to bypass academic rules. Use it to improve clarity and structure when allowed.
Do not change commitments, prices, dates, names or scope while rewriting tone.
Remove fake excitement, overused hooks and empty motivational phrasing.
Answer the actual question, then add context only if it helps.
Before publishing
A humanizer is only useful if the final text is still accurate and appropriate for the audience.
The rewrite should not add promises, remove caveats or change what you are actually saying.
Names, dates, prices, sources, numbers and product details need a manual check.
If a sentence sounds like something you would never say, rewrite that sentence manually.
Schools, companies and clients may have AI-use rules. Follow them before submitting or publishing.
Do not let a rewrite break bullet lists, citations, headings, tables or required wording.
Claude may be smoother, ChatGPT may be clearer, Gemini may give another angle. Compare before choosing.
